Structural condition assessments
Visual structural assessments of residential buildings or specific elements. Typical reasons include renovation planning, reported distress, and documenting observed conditions for the owner.
Work is matched to the problem. Deliverables are issued as a sealed report when the work is final.
Structural design
Residential structural design for framing, openings, additions, and related work. Calculations and drawings are prepared for permit when authorized in the agreement.
Deliverables may include a sealed calculation package and/or drawings, as scoped.
Additional services
Extra work is performed only when authorized in writing by change order.

Practice limits. Our work is limited to structural assessments and design for residential projects. We do not handle insurance claims, legal disputes, or construction contracting.
